EMEA Employee Relations Lead - Investigations & Advisory

Amgen is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support Employee Relations across assigned countries within the EMEA region. The role focuses on conducting investigations, providing practical guidance to managers and employees, and advising leaders on performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters.

You will collaborate with HR Partners, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant handling of workplace matters and contribute to regional ER strategies and COE
