EMEA E Commerce Director, DTC Growth & Strategy

Helen of Troy is seeking a seasoned ecommerce leader based in London to own DTC strategy for the EMEA region, guiding cross-functional teams across Sales, Content/Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

You will define the end-to-end ecommerce program, work with the Online Director, and drive revenue growth across OSPrey and Hydro Flask brands while optimizing SEO, CRM, and performance marketing.
