Job Description

Tencent seeks a seasoned Growth and Commercialization leader to drive overseas performance advertising across the EMEA region, owning advertiser growth and publisher monetization to accelerate revenue and scale across markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to develop scalable commercialization solutions, manage cross functional initiatives, and align with HQ in China. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with flexibility for time-zone travel.
