EMEA Chief Compliance & Financial Crimes Leader

United States Digital Space LLC in London or Dublin is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead regulatory compliance, financial crimes and enterprise risk management for EMEA. You will set strategy, partner with MLROs and interact with regulators.

This role requires deep knowledge of FCA/CBI, 12+ years in fintech compliance, and a track record of building tech-forward programs. You will mentor teams across the region and report to the Global Head of Compliance Officers.
