EMEA Cash Network Performance Leader

J.P. Morgan is seeking an EMEA Cash Network Performance Manager within the Network Management team to oversee the bank's network of agent banks and FMIs.

This role ensures service delivery is in line with expectations and manages both failures and enhancements across regions. Reporting to the Global Head of Network Performance Management, you will partner with provider institutions and JP Morgan Operational teams to drive improvements, manage escalations, and deliver high-quality risk reports.
