Embedded Software Team Lead (C/C++/Ada)

A leading defence technology organisation in Stevenage is seeking a Software Development Team Leader to oversee the delivery of on-board software for missile systems. This role is suitable for individuals with a background in C, C++ and/or Ada, who have experience in team leadership or are senior developers transitioning into leadership. You'll be responsible for guiding a team to ensure software is delivered on time and to expected quality standards, within a collaborative environment focused on advanced technology projects.
