Supervisor - Multi-Track Claims (EL/PL)

An experienced EL/PL Supervisor is sought for an exciting opportunity with a Top 200 law firm based in Manchester.

As part of the leadership team, you will oversee and supervise the handling of a multi-track caseload of both pre- and post-litigated EL/PL claims, ensuring high standards of legal practice and client care. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of fee earners, ensuring efficient and effective case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of fee earners working on multi-track EL/PL claims.
• Managing a complex caseload, including high-value pre- and post-litigated files.
• Offering guidance and oversight to junior members of the team, ensuring claims are managed efficiently.
• Liaising with clients and third parties, providing updates and advice on claims progress.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all aspects of case handling.

• Proven experience in EL/PL with a focus on multi-track claims.
• Strong ability to manage and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment.
