Elite Swim Coach & Team Development Leader

A local community organization is seeking a Swim Coach to supervise swim practices and assist in the development of competitive swimming programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coaching skills, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and quality member services. Responsibilities also include teaching stroke techniques and attending swim meets. This part-time role will not exceed 25 hours per week and is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.
