Job Title: Sessional Elite Sport Esports Lecturer

Campus: Brooksby

Role Overview

Provide high quality teaching and learning to elite sport learners, both face to face and online. Monitor learner progress to ensure target grades are met and support all learners to achieve to the best of their ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess course content across L4 and above qualifications.
• Monitor and support learner progress, providing timely feedback.
• Work at Loughborough College and other off site locations as required.
• Plan, organize, and administer teaching workloads and resources.
• Apply a range of teaching methodologies, including online delivery, to support diverse learner needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience within the Esports industry.
• Relevant degree and a recognized teaching qualification.
• Vocational experience in further education or similar industry roles.
• Experience of elite sport, preferably in motorsport, and of working in talent pipeline or high performance environments.
• Full, valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to off site locations.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, planning and time management skills.

Additional Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to an online environment.
