Elite Football Recruitment Leader

Wolverhampton Wanderers FC in Wolverhampton is seeking a Head of Recruitment to lead player identification and recruitment across the first team, academy and emerging talent pathways. The role reports to the Technical Director and the first team scouts and Lead Recruitment Data Analyst report to this position.

The role requires senior recruitment experience in elite football, strong leadership of recruitment/scouting teams, and deep knowledge of transfer markets and regulations.
