Elite Firm - Asset Finance Lawyer - 3-6 PQE

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its highly regarded Asset Finance practice in London. The team advises major financial institutions, lessors, airlines and other market participants on a broad range of complex aviation and asset finance transactions.
The role will offer exposure to sophisticated cross-border matters, including aircraft financing, leasing and related structured transactions. You will work closely with leading lawyers in the team and alongside colleagues across the firm's wider finance practice, advising major international clients on high-value transactions.
The team is looking for a lawyer with strong asset finance experience, ideally gained within an international or leading UK firm, with excellent technical skills and a genuine interest in complex, international transactional work.
This would suit a mid-level Asset Finance Associate looking to join a market-leading practice with significant international work and the opportunity to develop their experience on sophisticated transactions.
