Job Description
Brentford FC is seeking an Academy Operations Manager & PDP Lead to oversee the operational delivery of the Academy games programme, including PDP fixtures, tours, tournaments and day-to-day planning at the Training Ground on Jersey Road.
You will coordinate with Academy football, performance and operations colleagues to ensure activity is safe, well organised and compliant, aligning with player development objectives and Premier League regulations.
