Electronics Test Engineer

Salary & Benefits: £48,000 guideline + 5% pension + 25 days holiday (+ banks + 5 additional days with service) + life insurance. 37-hour working week.

Located in Poole, Dorset.

Role Overview

Responsible for running electrical and electronics tests on prototypes and low-volume specialist equipment. Collaborate with electrical and electronics engineering colleagues, write test procedures, and perform diagnostics on specialized electrical and electronic systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and write electronics test procedures.
• Test electrical and electronic assemblies to IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 standards.
• Perform diagnostics and fault-finding, collaborating to resolve non-conformance issues.
• Maintain and update quality assurance and product inspection documentation.
