Electronics Engineer

Location: Utrecht region, The Netherlands

We are currently looking for an electronics engineer who is driven and excited about working in a complex and innovative industry.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop new products and maintain existing products in line with relevant medical standards.
• Plan, design, and conduct research and innovations together with the team.
• Support and create requirements and translate these into specifications.
• Create models and electronic designs.
• Develop and maintain test specifications, perform tests, and deliver test reports.
• Create, prepare, and maintain technical documentation at all stages of the development process.
• Apply Agile/Scrum working methods with a drive for relentless improvement.

Experience & Knowledge:

• 6+ years of experience in the field.
• Experienced in converting system requirements into digital electronic circuit designs, performing simulations, rapid prototyping, and conducting tests.
• Competent with Altium.
• Experience with FPGA / PSoC systems.
• Knowledge of model-based design, Matlab/Simulink is highly desirable.
• Experience with FreeRTOS and/or other (embedded) Operating Systems.
• Good understanding of developing products for regulated industries, preferably medical devices.
