Electrician

Role Overview

You will be responsible for carrying out EICRs, fault-finding, and remedial works across occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical testing and inspection (EICRs)
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Remedial works following inspections
• Working to BS7671 and company procedures
• Maintaining professionalism when working in tenant properties

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• 2391 or equivalent testing qualification
• AM2
• Social housing experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check

Package

• Salary: £42,000 to £52,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working pattern
