Electrician

Role Overview:

We are recruiting for an Electrician to work on our NIHE Heating contract. The successful candidate will provide electrical support to the Heating Installation teams and carry out response maintenance as required in various areas including Belfast, Mid Ulster and the NorthWest.

Reports to: Electrical Foreman

Direct Reports: N/A

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 7.30AM- 5 PM Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:

Job roles will include but are not limited to:

• Domestic electrical maintenance Periodic Inspection & Testing of domestic dwellings Heating Installation Works Rewires Smoke alarm installs Fuse board upgrades

Personnel Specification:

Essential Criteria:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations City & Guilds th Edition Qualification Previous domestic experience Valid Driver's license

Desirable Criteria:

• Valid CSR card Previous recent experience working in social housing/NIHE properties. Inspection & Testing qualification & experience.
