Electrician - Social Housing Responsive Repairs (Long-Term)

Daniel Owen Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Electrician to join our social housing responsive repairs team, covering properties within 90 minutes of Oxford.

You will perform repairs, maintenance, testing and installations inside tenants' homes, ensuring safe, high-quality work and compliance with 18th edition BS7671 standards. This is a long-term role with a weekly pay cycle, out-of-hours rota and a strong focus on customer service in occupied properties.
