An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dedicated property services team within a well-established company.
The Role
We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to support the upkeep and functionality of various properties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as an electrician in construction or building maintenance, preferably in a customer-facing environment such as retail or the food industry.
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation certification.
- Ability to carry out electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance, fault finding, minor electrical installations, small plumbing works, and building safety system testing (e.g., fire alarm systems).
- Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Enthusiasm for a dynamic role with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently and adaptability to handle urgent matters as they arise.
- A full driving licence is required as travel between multiple properties is an essential part of the role.
