Electrician - Building Systems & Fault-Finding (Mon-Fri)

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrician for our Chester team to handle breakdown maintenance, perform routine upkeep, test power quality, and complete emergency light and fire alarm testing.

You will interpret technical drawings, carry out upgrades, and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with CBRE policies. The role requires familiarity with building management systems, 18th Edition wiring regs, and a proactive approach to fault diagnosis, with on-site logging and reporting
