KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Electrical Tutor / AssessorLocation: Delivering across 2 centres - Derbyshire / Nottingham (must be flexible covering both sites)Salary: £45,000 + BonusPackage: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More!Type: Full-time, Permanent This is great opportunity to join an established training provider, to support the growth and development of their brand-new, Electrical Engineering department.Duties include:

• Deliver a Level 3 Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship, covering both practical and theoretical competencies (one to one and group delivery).
• Contribute to curriculum design and development, supporting the creation of practical tasks, assessments and learning resources.
• Carry out on site visits, to assess learners within their place of work, in addition to classroom-based training.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in a similar role, delivering Electrical Apprenticeships, up to Level 3.
• Must hold a recognised Teaching and Assessor Awards (AET, PTLLS etc) and (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D Units)
• Must hold the following qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
  • C&G th edition or equivalent.
• Strong competency, as an Electrician.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
