Electrical Training Officer: Home-Based Apprentice Mentor

JTL is seeking an Electrical Training Officer to support and shape the next generation of electricians. This home-based role travels across the London & South East region, balancing assessment, mentoring and employer engagement to ensure apprentices progress and succeed.

You'll manage a caseload, provide feedback, and help learners meet apprenticeship standards while maintaining safeguarding and safety standards. Relevant qualifications and ongoing professional development are required.
