You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Maintenance qualifications

Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of electrical maintenance qualifications.
Mentorship: Provide hands on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Electrical Maintenance / Engineering:

Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Electrical Engineering or Electrical Industrial Maintenance (within a production / manufacturing / plant environment)
Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 3 Electrical related qualification.
Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
