Electrical Supervisors - Athlone Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, UK & Ireland. Based in Athlone, Co.Westmeath, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Dornan team as an Electrical Supervisors, supporting the delivery of our Pharmaceutical project. Due to the continuous growth with Dornan Engineering, we are currently looking looking to recruit experienced Electrical Supervisors to join the company on exciting projects. You will join Dornan's hard working and ambitious project teams and you will benefit from a supportive culture, where your ideas and contributions will be recognised. Your day to day will include: Support daily project execution across MEP/construction/commissioning workstreams Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and client teams Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications Assist with planning, documentation, and reporting Resolve onsite issues promptly to maintain project momentum Promote and uphold Dornan's safety-first culture Support continuous improvement across project delivery About you Proven experience in MEP installation / large-scale pharma / commissioning / industrial or commercial projects Strong understanding of construction and technical processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork 2+ years post qualification experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: Electrical Craft Certificate What we offer Opportunities for advancement and career growth Further training given Health and safety-focused work environment Encouraging and Supportive team culture Permanent position based in Athlone For a confidential discussion or to learn more about the role, please email We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds feel valued and supported.
