Electrical Supervisor (Rotation to Sweden)

Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile data centre project in Gavle, Sweden? We are seeking a driven and skilled individual to join a Tier 1 Engineering contractor.

This is a rotation-based role (3 weeks on, 1 week off) providing an excellent opportunity to work abroad while enjoying consistent time off at home. Accommodation, flights, and bills are fully covered while in country.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise electrical installations, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate teams on-site to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Liaise with project management and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Provide progress reports and documentation as required by the client.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale construction or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis (3 weeks on, 1 week off).

• Salary circa €75,000 - €85,000 DOE
