Electrical Supervisor

Our clientis seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical site operations across multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high quality standard. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise site teams and subcontractors while coordinating resources, client interactions and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical site teams and subcontractors across multiple live projects.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment with the Project Manager.
• Conduct pre-start site surveys and readiness checks.
• Monitor productivity, quality, programme and project progress.
• Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure testing, inspections and commissioning are completed.
• Maintain accurate site records, variations and handover documentation.
• Drive compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.

Requirements

• FETAC Level 6 Electrical Trade Qualification.
• QC Testing & Inspection qualification.
• IOSH Managing Safely and First Aid.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling (IPAF/MEWP, LUGS, Abrasive Wheels, SSSTS desirable).
• Experience leading electrical site teams and delivering projects from start to finish.
• Public Lighting experience highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, testing, fault finding and electrical drawings.
• Excellent planning, communication and leadership skills with a strong focus on safety.
