The successful Electrical Supervisor will manage all on-site electrical operations, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity:

• Subcontractor Management: Lead, track, and manage subcontractor progress and manpower against the construction schedule.
• Site Leadership: Assign and manage workflow, ensuring productivity goals are met.
• Technical Authority: Provide technical guidance to the installation team and contribute to improving construction practices.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure rigorous safety standards, compliance with quality codes, and standard procedures are met through thorough work inspection.
• Coordination: Schedule material deliveries, participate in coordination and handover meetings, and maintain site documentation (e.g., weekly photographic diary).

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Background: A strong trade background with 3-7 years of experience supervising large installation crews and subcontractors.
• Expertise: Solid technical knowledge of Electrical systems is essential.
• Capability: Proven ability to effectively drive and manage a large-scale project.
• Eligibility: Must possess an EU Passport or valid Right to Work under host country employment law.
