Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent knowledge of electrical schematics, and a solid understanding of mechanical principles. This role is essential in managing projects, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality within the workplace.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Interpret and work from electrical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Manage the maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Oversee project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
Utilise logic controllers for automation processes and ensure optimal functionality.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and mechanical knowledge.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proficient in English with effective communication skills for reporting and documentation.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues using logical reasoning.
