Electrical Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre & Industrial Projects

Instrotec Ltd in Trim is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial management of electrical packages from start to final account. You will work with the Project Manager, site team, client and subcontractors to keep projects on budget and profitable.

The position requires 3-5+ years in electrical QS, strong knowledge of NEC/FIDIC/JCT and Excel, and experience on data centres or pharmaceutical projects. Full-time on-site role with immediate start.
