PPM Limited is looking for a motivated and professional Electrician to lead and support our Electrical Engineers across social housing and private residential properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, maintaining high standards, and being part of a company that genuinely values quality workmanship, safety, and its people.

This role can be based from any of our depots in Carlisle, Maryport or Millom, so we welcome applications from candidates across a wide geographic area.

The role

As our Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising and supporting our electrical engineers
Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to required standards
Carrying out site inspections and quality checks
Providing technical guidance and support to the company
Liaising with management, clients, and other trades
Ensuring compliance with current and future electrical regulations and company procedures
Assisting with workload planning and job allocation
Completing reports, audits, and required documentation

What we're looking for

Fully qualified Electrician with up-to-date electrical qualifications
Existing QS, supervisory, lead electrician, or senior electrician experience
Someone ready to step into a supervisory role and develop further
Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safe systems of work
Full UK manual driving licence
Confident communicator with good leadership skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobs
