Electrical Project Supervisor

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, hands on electrical supervisor to lead industrial and commercial projects, with a strong focus on large scale factory environments. Responsible for safe, efficient delivery of works, team leadership, and maintaining high-quality standards and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects from initiation to completion on site
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly activities
• Supervise site teams (approx. 6-20 personnel)
• Act as primary on site client liaison
• Coordinate with contracts/office teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Procure materials and manage site logistics
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and RAMS
• Maintain high installation quality with minimal rework
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices

Key Requirements

• Qualified Electrician or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician
• Strong industrial project experience
• Proven supervisory/foreman experience
• Hands on experience with control wiring, panels, and control systems
• Working knowledge of PLCs (fault finding, I/O, interfacing)
• Experience with Variable Speed Drives (installation, commissioning, fault finding)
• Experience in live industrial environments (e.g. manufacturing, processing, pharma)
• Strong knowledge of installations, containment, and commissioning
• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities
• Full clean driving licence
