Our client, a Tier 1 construction company, is delivering some of Dublin's most high-profile residential and commercial projects, including Ireland's tallest upcoming buildings. This is a rare opportunity to be part of landmark developments that are reshaping the Dublin skyline.

Projects are primarily based across Dublin City and the South Side, with a strong focus on high rise residential schemes.

If you're motivated by complex builds, engineering precision, and seeing your work stand tall in the city, this role puts you right at the centre of it.

• Manage full MEP delivery from pre construction to commissioning
• Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and site delivery
• Ensure safe, high quality installation and project execution
• Monitor programme progress and resolve technical issues

• Degree or trade qualification in Building Services / M&E / Electrical
• 7+ years' MEP coordination experience
• Main contractor experience preferred (residential/commercial)
