Electrical Project Manager

G2's client is searching for an Electrical Project Manager, that will lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects within the marine industry, overseeing the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems on vessels or marine infrastructure. The role requires strong project management skills combined with deep electrical engineering knowledge specific to maritime applications.

In this role, the ideal candidate would be expected to lead and manage electrical marine projects from concept to delivery, ensuring compliance, coordinating teams, overseeing design and testing, managing risks, and supporting commissioning while maintaining strong client communication.

Key Details:

• Start: Q3-Q4 2025
• Location: Rotterdam Area (flexible working options)
• Salary: 100,000 - 120,000 per annum + 8% + bonus + Car

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, University or Bachelor Level
• 5-10 years of electrical background or managing a team within electrical engineering
• Language: Dutch & English is essential
• Experience with LV, MV & HV
• Certificates: NEN & VCA
• Ideally, experience in the maritime, naval, or offshore industries
