We are mainly active in Switzerland and intervene punctually abroad.Engineer - Maintenance & Electrical ReliabilityLocation: SionYour mission: Within the management unit, you play a key role in the reliability, availability, and evolution of hydroelectric plants in collaboration with other units. You are responsible for a performance-driven, flexible, and future-oriented approach.Responsibilities:- Ensure a comprehensive vision of technical challenges and facilities and ensure their coherence over time.- Participate in design reviews, carry out preventive inspections during revisions, and validate transfers to projects.- Support field teams in troubleshooting failures, in close relationship with professional experts.- Lead cross-analyses, capitalize on feedback, and foster a continuous dynamic.- Optimize and make maintenance work flexible based on the challenges of each partner.- Participate in projects within the process of evolving CMMS and contribute to the transition towards predictive maintenance.- Analyze performance through reliability studies and propose actions to reinforce the performance of standardized maintenance plans and tools promoting knowledge sharing.- Design modules for on-call service and participate in the on-call service.Skills:- EPF or HES engineer in electrical engineering.- Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel in a complex environment.- Interest in data, analyses, and risk management methods.- Strong sensitivity to digital and new technologies, with good mastery of data management.- Proactive, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.- Ability to manage technical challenges in a coordinating role with different stakeholders.- Fluent in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language.- Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, ability to persuade, and work with diverse teams.We offer pleasant working conditions and an enjoyable atmosphere, supported by corporate values.
