Electrical Lead Engineer - £50,000 - London Bridge

Location: London Bridge
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)

We're working with a reputable and long-established client to recruit an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer for a prestigious law firm site near London Bridge. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership position, overseeing electrical operations and guiding a skilled engineering team to ensure the efficient running of all systems on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical engineering team
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
  • Manage and operate BMS (Building Management Systems) and Head End Controls
  • Monitor system performance, diagnose faults, and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in a senior or lead role within electrical maintenance or building services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
