Electrical Estimator

Matrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for an Electrical Estimator role with our engineering client in Waterford. Client has sites in Cork & Dublin - open to applications in these locations.

You'll be part of a dynamic estimating team, pricing large-scale electrical projects accurately and competitively to support successful tender outcomes.

Your New Role Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost estimates for electrical works on major projects.
• Manage tenders from initial review through to final submission and handover.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate and compliant bids.

What You Need

• 3+ years' experience pricing electrical packages in the construction sector.
• Electrical trade background or qualification in Engineering / Quantity Surveying (or similar).
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
