Electrical Estimator

Responsibilities

Full-time, on-site role in Bridgend for an Electrical Estimator. Responsible for preparing cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects, managing cost control processes, and working closely with the electrical engineering and contracting teams. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project specifications, conducting site visits, preparing detailed cost breakdowns, and liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

Qualifications

• Electrical Estimating and Cost Control skills
• Experience in Electrical Contracting and understanding of Electricity systems
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the industry is highly desirable
