This company is a multi million pound manufacturer turning raw materials into high end construction products for various industries. With recent investments in the works, they are undergoing exciting changes. This is a Monday to Friday role based out of their purpose built and modern facility in Bristol. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategy while managing a long standing and growing engineering workforce. The role suits an Engineering or Maintenance Manager seeking a stable, secure position within a great working environment and full autonomy.

• Management of Electrical Engineering department.
• Reliability and Continuous Improvement.
• Monday - Friday days (8am - 4:30pm with flexibility).

• Electrical experience.
• Management, supervisory or head of experience.
• Ideally from a FMCG background.
• Commutable to Bristol.
