Working as a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings from Northampton down towards North London. This is a regional role with no staying away, offering excellent work-life balance.

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs
• Fault finding, testing, inspection, and general building services support
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and electrical regulations
• Minor fabric/handyperson duties when required
• Liaising with clients and providing a high level of customer service
• Completing job sheets and reports through the CAFM system

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition (essential)
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills

• £41,000 salary
