Job Description- Perform Electrical maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment during night shifts.
- Night shift (11pm - 11am) 3on 3off
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment when required.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
A successful Electrical Engineer should have:
- Formal qualifications in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with PLC systems would be advantageous.
- £54,700 (including shift allowance)
