Electrical Design Engineer - EPLAN - Warwickshire - Permanent - £47-52k + overtime

Samuel Frank is recruiting an Electrical Design Engineer with EPLAN experience for a successful engineering business based in Warwickshire.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing electrical and control systems for various projects using EPLAN Electric and EPLAN Pro Panel software.
• Generating diagrams such as GAs, single and multi-line diagrams, PLC overviews, terminal diagrams, cable overviews, parts lists, etc.
• Performing calculations, including voltage drop calculations.
• Ideally, candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience with EPLAN as a Design Engineer.
• Knowledge of EN ISO 13849-1 and EN ISO 13849-2 standards.
• Experience in designing automated machinery for manufacturing environments and creating/verifying electrical design documents.
• Interpreting customer requirements and presenting design solutions.
• Familiarity with British and international standards related to industrial automation systems.
• Experience in assessments and creating technical documents compliant with the Machinery Directive and other standards.
• Looking for an innovative problem-solver who seeks maximum value in solutions.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with SISTEMA or PAScal for safety hardware validation is advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
