Are you an Electrical Contracts Manager or senior electrical professional with experience delivering commercial and industrial projects, looking for a long-term role within a family-run, well-established M&E contractor, offering autonomy, progression, and the opportunity to help drive business growth?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Swindon-based electrical contractor, managing a variety of electrical contracts from survey and quotation through to completion, while developing long-term client relationships and growing your own customer base.

This role would suit an Electrical Contracts Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role:

• Surveying, quoting, and managing commercial and industrial electrical contracts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Preparing quotations and tenders in line with submission deadlines
• Managing projects to ensure cost, quality, programme, and end product targets are achieved
• Best buying and purchasing of materials and services
• Assessing labour requirements and allocating labour through planning meetings
• Supporting administration to finalise sales invoices
• Continuous project management from order through to completion

The Person:

• Recognised Electrical Installation qualifications
• Proven Contracts Management, Project Management, or Supervisory experience
• Background in commercial and/or industrial electrical projects
