Electrical Commissioning Engineer - 12969

Electrical Commissioning Engineer required to join one of Ireland's largest Tier 1 Main Contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Sweden. The Electrical Commissioning Engineer will report into the Commissioning Manager for the project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and report on commissioning tasks, deadlines, and progress for electrical vendors and the Commissioning programme.
• Oversee and participate in vendor FATs, FWTs, and all on-site commissioning operations.
• Coordinate with QAQC, AP departments, and vendors to ensure compliance, approvals, and documentation.
• Organise and attend Commissioning meetings, provide input, and submit weekly progress reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements for electrical systems (UPS, switchgear, generators, MV, BMS), including tagging, testing, and document reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or an Electrical Trade.
• At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
• Experience working on LV, MV or HV systems with commissioning experience.
• Electrical Testing and verification experience.
• IT Skills - Microsoft Office Packages.
