Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer

Location: Lincolnshire (NG34 area)Shift Pattern: Continental (2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off)Salary: £51,500 per annum

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join a large, well-established manufacturing site in the area.

This is a key role within the engineering team, supporting production through proactive and reactive maintenance on a range of automated and semi-automated equipment.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems

• Fault find on PLC-controlled machinery and production equipment

• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

• Work closely with production to minimise downtime

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site standards

• Strong electrical background (electrical bias essential)

• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship or equivalent)

• Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred

• Confident fault-finding skills on electrical systems, motors, sensors, drives, etc.

• Comfortable working a continental shift pattern

• Competitive salary of £51,582
