Compensation

• Up to $150,000, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead development of EI&C design standards, templates, and specifications
• Oversee design deliverables to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals
• Mentor and supervise engineering and design staff
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines and construction teams

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Experience in substation, power delivery, or protection & controls
• Strong understanding of cross-discipline engineering workflows
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing teams
• Ability to evaluate and implement new design technologies and tools to improve engineering efficiency and accuracy
