EICA Project Engineer

My client is currently looking an EICA Project Engineer to join their expanding team based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

The client is looking for permanent candidates to work supporting their engineering, design and project delivery teams on a range of skid package projects which are delivered to both the onshore and offshore energy markets.

The client is working on process type skid packages; covering engineering, design, equipment specification, building/fabrication, FAT and SAT, and you would work on all electrical and instrumentation engineering aspects.

The client will also consider candidates who have suitable electrical or controls engineering experience, any knowledge of instrumentation is also beneficial.

START: ASAP -April, May or June starts

LOCATION: Netherlands, Rotterdam

SALARY: €3,500 - €6,000 per month - depending upon experience

PACKAGE: Good Package - one day from home per week

EICA Project Engineer - Electrical & Controls Engineer - Project Engineer

Specification:

• Electrical and Controls experience - engineering, specific equipment
• Electrical engineer - knowledge of control panels, junction boxes, wiring diagrams, layouts
• Controls engineering - understanding of PLC equipment and programming
• 3+ years of engineering experience covering either design, engineering or project engineer
• ATEX projects experience - Oil & Gas/Chemical/Power generation
• Any experience coordinating with suppliers or clients, package engineering
• FAT or SATs
• English language skills / Dutch is not required

The client is working on the design, engineering, and skid-package build projects. They need an electrical & controls engineer to work on electrical engineering, electrical specification (cabinets, MCCs), controls/plc specification (Siemens S7), electrical layout, working with supply partners and support the build as a technical project engineer.
