About the roleIn this role you will engage with all elements of environmental health and safety. Bringing the teams from each department to the Nelipak high standard of safety. Collaborating with the site leadership team to meet objectives and the ongoing implementation of EHS standards across the site. Priding yourself on the excellent delivery of required site training, keeping up to date with the required supporting documentation in place. Fostering the company initiatives around sustainability and environment and actioning progressive and robust reporting to align with the high standards that run throughout the Nelipak company. Keeping our employees safe is our number one priority - you will be responsible to ensure that all risks are identified, documented and assessed to ensure adequate controls in place. Maintaining an effective presence across the site whilst delivering Toolbox talks as required. Providing timely up to date EHS metrics supporting KPI adherence. Be a leader, collaborating with your colleagues on actions to ensure a safe workplace for all. Always championing positive H&S behaviours with our colleagues.
- A Bachelor's degree in EHS or engineering, or related field with a NEBOSH Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years Manufacturing experience
- First Aid Responder Trained (FAR Instructor favourable)
- REPAK experience
