EHS Manager - Finland

We are currently recruiting an EHS Manager to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Vaasa, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS advice and support across the project.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Review RAMS, permits and high-risk activities.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor EHS performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the site.
• Assist with EHS reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in EHS or related discipline.
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 5+ years' construction EHS experience.
• Data Centre or Mission Critical experience desirable.
• Good knowledge of Finnish and EU H&S legislation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
