Storrington, West Sussex (RH20 3EA)
Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
Up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits

About the Role
As our Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Coordinator , you'll be at the heart of keeping our workplace safe, sustainable, and compliant. You'll make a real difference every day - helping ensure our people, products, and processes meet the highest environmental and safety standards.
You'll work across departments, supporting engineering, production, and management to build a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies and procedures
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
Support and review incident and accident investigations
Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Monitor environmental compliance, including waste and energy management
Provide guidance and training to teams across the business
Maintain documentation and prepare reports for internal and regulatory purposes
Drive continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you're proactive, analytical, and passionate about safety and sustainability.
You bring
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent recognised H&S qualification
3+ years' experience in EH&S or industrial safety (ideally in manufacturing)
Technical strengths
Skilled in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, data analysis, reporting)
Strong data analysis & reporting abilities
Experience with EH&S software and compliance systems
Working knowledge of ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 , and relevant UK regulations
Confident in risk assessment and auditing
