EHS Advisor

The EHS Advisor will support the organisation in maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, promoting a strong safety culture, and providing practical EHS guidance across the business.

Provide day-to-day EHS advice and support to management and employees

Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations

Ensure compliance with EHS legislation, standards, and company policies

Support environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives

Prepare and deliver EHS training, inductions, and safety communications

Maintain EHS records, reports, and KPIs; support audits and regulatory inspections

Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental or related discipline (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, QQI Level 6/7, or equivalent)

2+ years' experience in an EHS or H&S advisory role
