EHS Advisor
Job Location: Wexford
Sector: Civil
INFORM3 are seeking to appoint an EHS Advisor for a busy contractor based in Wexford.
The EHS Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations, approved project specifications and recognized international standards.
EHS Advisor Requirements:- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Review and approve risk assessments and job safety analyses.
- Monitor permit-to-work implementation and safe work practices.
- Conduct routine site inspections and enforce corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and fall protection measures.
- Verify competency and training of workforce personnel.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Promote safety awareness through toolbox talks and guidance.
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Recognized HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and permit-to-work systems.
